Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the real estate sales team
Monitor daily sales activities and performance
Assist agents in closing deals and handling clients
Ensure sales targets and company goals are met
Coordinate with management on sales strategies and reports
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
Minimum
5 years experience
in real estate sales
Previous experience as a
Sales Supervisor or Team Leader
is preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
