Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor at Novanos Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic sales team, driving growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in medical aesthetics and dermatology will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the sales team, setting clear goals and motivating them to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in medical aesthetics and dermatology products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop promotional strategies. Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis and forecasts for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory role within the UAE, preferably in medical aesthetics or dermatology. In-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry. Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve high performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Arabic nationality is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a supervisory role for a company specializing in medical aesthetics or dermatology. Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
