Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with production and logistics for timely order fulfillment
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience
in sales within the food or FMCG industry (preferably in nuts and spices)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Must be familiar with UAE market and distribution channels
