Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to ensure effective route planning and target achievement.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and recommend training where required.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control across accounts.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regions and channels.
Conduct regular market visits to explore potential clients and strengthen brand visibility.
Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at all outlets.
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay competitive.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Recommend strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Experience:
in FMCG sales or a similar field: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
