As they continue to expand they are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and emerging trends to provide market intelligence to the management team.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
