Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Sound knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license.
