Oversee retail store and pop-up operations
Coordinate marketing activations and events
Manage inventory, vehicle displays, and test drive logistics
Report on sales performance and market trends
Collaborate with HR, training, product, aftersales, and delivery teams
Ideal Profile
4-5 years retail sales experience, preferably mid-luxury
1-2 years team leadership
Valid UAE Driving License
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and upselling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
English fluency; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin beneficial
