Sales Supervisor (at Showroom In Sharjah)
Job Description
Should have 3years and above experience in UAE
Prefer have knowledge about Cosmetics and Salon Spa Equipment Items
English must be and Arabic Prefer
Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives
Handle customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the sales team in closing deals and provide support to help them succeed.
Work with other departments to improve sales processes
In retail environments, a sales supervisor may also handle daily floor operations
Track team and individual performance metrics, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training
Work location - Sharjah (If can't work in Sharjah or if you're not ready for interview please dont apply)
Salary Package - Depend on your experience (will be discuss at interview)
