Serve as the primary point of contact for competitor intelligence
Consolidate win-loss insights and lessons learned from sales projects, including commercial, technical, and contractual aspects (e.g., Emerald Tariffs T&Cs).
Develop and curate content for regional sales events and conferences (excluding event coordination).
Provide strategic support to regional projects aimed at enhancing opportunity hit rate
Coordinate cross-functional business activities from Sales (PRM, OPS, Procurement) to support opportunity success, in alignment with Sales Excellence initiatives.
Offer general support to Sales Managers in developing and executing winning strategies. Deliver ad hoc support to Sales VPs as required.
