Safe Line is a leading distributor of electrical products in the UAE, specializing in high-quality wiring accessories from renowned brands like Panasonic and Topex.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive growth in the UAE market.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling wiring accessories (e.g., switches, sockets, connectors, and related products) to contractors and end-users across the UAE. You will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to market expansion in a competitive electrical goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Dubai, targeting consultants, contractors, construction firms, and distributors. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals on Panasonic wiring accessories. Manage existing client accounts, providing technical support, pricing quotes, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for increasing market share. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, trade shows, and networking events. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records for pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in electrical/electronics products, preferably wiring accessories or similar (Panasonic knowledge a plus). Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in the UAE market. Strong knowledge of UAE electrical standards, regulations, and distribution channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic a plus). Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across emirates. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., FACTS).
