Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Product Sales Specialist - PC Business
to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and enhance market penetration for our
PC products
. The ideal candidate will have
strong product knowledge
, excellent sales skills, and the ability to strategize and execute business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of
PC products (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Accessories, etc.)
in assigned territories.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability margins.
2. Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated with the latest trends in
PC hardware, technology advancements, and competitor products
.
Provide
technical consultation
to customers on product specifications, features, and benefits.
Collaborate with the
product management team
to position products effectively.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, distributors, resellers, and retailers
.
Conduct
product presentations, demos, and training sessions
for customers and partners.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
4. Marketing & Channel Support
Work with the
marketing team
to execute promotional campaigns, offers, and events.
Assist in launching
new PC products
and creating market awareness.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on
pricing, competitor strategies, and customer preferences
.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on
sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback
.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and analyze sales data.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
in IT hardware sales, preferably in
PCs, laptops, or related products
.
Experience in
B2B sales, channel management, or distribution sales
is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong
sales, negotiation, and communication skills
.
Good knowledge of
PC hardware, configurations, and market trends
.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and data analysis
.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
