Sales Specialist Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to lead business development efforts in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, strategic mindset, and proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across air, sea, and land freight.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to meet KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams for tailored client solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
5+ years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Having a strong client base in Land, Air and Sea Freight.
Knowledge of local and international freight processes.
Candidates having a valid Driving License is highly preferred.
