Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including international brands such as Playsmart, Hatim, Disney, and Marvel.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth within assigned accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans to track performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Age: Maximum 35 years
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the toys industry
Strong experience in
Key Account Management (KAM), Business Development (BDM), and Buyer roles
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
