Job Description

Signtrade is looking to hire a Sales Person specialized in LED Lighting products--including LED Reels, Modules, Power Supplies, and more--for large and enterprise-scale projects in:

Signage

Building Architecture

Showrooms

Fuel Stations

Retail Spaces

Industrial Units

Warehouses

Public Infrastructure Projects

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of power and electrical input/output and consumption and be able to pitch and bid projects with technical depth. They should confidently explain why customers should switch to or adopt our LED lighting systems as a complete turnkey solution, showcasing how it delivers the best lighting experience at a fraction of the cost with long-term savings backed by factual and technical breakdowns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in LED lighting sales, preferably in Signage, Architectural, or Commercial applications. Strong technical background in LED modules, reels, drivers/power supplies, and lighting calculations. Proficiency in understanding and explaining power input/output specs, electrical load management, wattage distribution, and energy-saving conversions. Proven ability to sell on value, not just price - especially to enterprise customers. Experience with tender processes, B2B enterprise negotiations, and technical pitches. UAE driving license and willingness to travel across GCC. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic language proficiency is a plus. A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (BSc / BE / Engineering / Technical Diploma)
