is responsible for promoting and selling immigration services to prospective clients by understanding their needs providing accurate information and guiding them through the available visa or migration programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through cold calling referrals social media and lead generation platforms.
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client eligibility for immigration programs (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
Explain various visa options requirements documentation processes and service packages clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads consistently to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the processing/operations team to ensure smooth handling of client applications.
Represent the company at events seminars and marketing campaigns when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales preferably in immigration consultancy or customer service.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of global immigration programs is an advantage.
Good English communication other languages are a plus.
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
