Main Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sector projects.
Drive sales of Hub Parking Solutions, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
Deliver tailored product presentations, technical consultations, and live demonstrations.
Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to guide strategy.
Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
Sales Operations
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Work closely with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting & Planning
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Regional Travel
Travel extensively across the Middle East to meet customers, attend trade shows, and oversee project delivery.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
B2B sales experience, ideally in pedestrian access control systems, gates, or related technologies.
Proven track record managing regional sales operations across the Middle East.
