Sales Specialist, HR Services
Position Summary
The Sales Specialist for HR Services is a key player in our growth strategy. This role is responsible for generating new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a deep understanding of business challenges and a consultative approach to selling complex HR solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how our services can solve their critical HR problems, improve efficiency, and drive their business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for revenue and new client acquisition.
2. Client Consultation & Solution Selling:
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings with key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs) to understand their unique business needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and compelling demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our HR services.
  • Effectively differentiate our solutions from competitors and handle objections with confidence.
3. Market & Product Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep and current knowledge of all [Company Name] HR service offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the HR outsourcing and technology landscape.
  • Understand the legal and compliance challenges facing businesses in the HR domain.
4. Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and account management teams to ensure a seamless handover and successful client onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to help shape future service offerings and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven, successful experience in a B2B sales role, preferably selling services (HR, IT, Consulting, SaaS) or complex solutions.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with a full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling HR outsourcing (HRO), PEO (Professional Employer Organization), payroll, or talent management services is a significant advantage.
  • Existing network of contacts within the HR or business leadership community.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar.
