: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Darscrubs. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong knowledge of our product offerings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. Develop a thorough understanding of Darscrubs' product offerings, including scrubs, lab coats, and other medical apparel. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and customization options. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products, taking into account their needs, preferences, and job requirements. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, styles, and advancements in the medical apparel industry. Collaborate with store management to maintain inventory levels, restock products, and ensure store appearance is clean and organized. Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and other store initiatives as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and industry professionals. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a healthcare setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical apparel is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
