Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Biomedical Sales and Service Engineer

to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering healthcare institutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell biomedical equipment to

hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers

. Conduct

on-site product demonstrations

, training, and technical presentations.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

through strategic planning and execution. Provide

installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support

. Build and maintain

long-term relationships with customers

, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Generate

new sales leads

and follow up on

service contract opportunities

. Stay updated with

market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

.

Maintain accurate sales records, service reports, and client feedback

for internal reporting. Coordinate with the

internal logistics and service teams

to ensure timely delivery and support.

Candidate Requirements:



Minimum

1 to 2 years of UAE experience in biomedical sales or service

. Strong

product knowledge in medical and biomedical equipment

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

.

UAE Driving License (Preferred)

. Willingness to

travel across the UAE

for client visits and service calls. Must be a

team player with a customer-first approach

.
