Role Overview:
As a Sales & Service Engineer, you'll play a dual role in
technical sales
and
project execution
, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients across clinical, academic, research, and biotech sectors. You'll be responsible for managing pre-sales support, installation, application training, and after-sales service, while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow customer accounts and sales pipeline in the assigned territory.
Plan, schedule, and execute projects with precision and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to new and existing customers.
Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend the right solutions.
Lead the sales process from product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and training.
Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and start-up of lab equipment tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years' experience
in sales, installation, application support, and service of Laboratory / Analytical / IVD Equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of lab instruments and workflows.
Proven success in the clinical, academic, research, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (or related field).
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
