A dynamic, multitasking professional to handle in-house sales, customer service, daily operations, and AMC task scheduling. This role bridges client interaction and internal execution, ensuring smooth service delivery and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and AMC renewals
Schedule daily technician visits and monitor task completion
Maintain client records and service logs
Coordinate with field teams and update management
Track leads and assist in closing sales
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English, Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is a plus)
Excellent multitasking and time management
Familiar with CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
Experience in service-based companies preferred
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation:
Basic Salary: Start from 2,500/ AED month
Sales Commission: 1% on closed deals* Other Benefits: Visa, medical, annual leave (as per UAE labor law)
