Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities

Present Harooni Design's services to potential clients

Build strong client relationships and close sales

Meet monthly targets and goals

Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous sales or client-facing experience (preferred)

Passion for architecture, design, or construction industry

Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional

Compensation:

Commission-Based - Earn attractive commission for every successful deal

Performance-based incentives available

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell interior design services to residential and commercial clients

Identify and engage potential leads, including real estate developers and property investors

Build long-term relationships with clients

Coordinate closely with the design team to understand project goals and deliver client needs

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or interior design

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Professional appearance and presentation

Highly motivated and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
