Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties
Generate and follow up on leads from marketing, telesales, and personal networks
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain client records in CRM
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
2+ years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai
Off-plan sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Multilingual skills a strong advantage
Self-motivated and target-driven
