Job Description
We are a tourism company in search of Reservation / Sales Executives with a proven track record in the tourism sector excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for connecting with clients, minimum 02 year UAE experience in tourism related products Key responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, with a goal to build long term relationships.
- Curate leisure travel experiences keeping in mind a client\'s expectations and budget.
- Hand-hold clients on the entire booking journey from initial inquiry till trip completion.
- Manage back-end operations with suppliers to ensure a flawless customer experience.
- Attention to detail, especially when under time constraints; patient; empathetic; people-orientation, good listening skills, strong inter-personal & communication skills.
- Flexible with work schedules considering client availability and destination time differences.
- Familiarity with Excel (intermediate), Hotel BedBanks and end-to-end DMC interaction.
- Willing to work closely knit supportive team
- People, sales and service orientation.
- Openness to experiment with new technologies
- Dubai (Preferred)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
