Sales Representative - Metal Electroplating Division

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team in the

metal electroplating and surface finishing industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our electroplating, metal coating, and surface treatment services to industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in metal finishing, coating, and plating sectors. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and follow-up. Prepare and deliver sales quotations, technical proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare sales performance reports. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote company services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

2-5 years of sales experience

in the

metal electroplating, coating, or industrial manufacturing industry

. Strong technical understanding of electroplating processes (nickel, chrome, zinc, gold, etc.) and metal finishing applications.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if posting locally). Ability to work independently and travel as needed for client visits.
