We are hiring a Sales Representative to promote and sell our perfume collections to retailers, salons, and boutiques. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the perfume industry and leadership skills to manage and guide a sales team toward achieving company targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Visit clients and introduce our perfume collections.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide training, motivation, and direction to sales staff.
Monitor team performance and report sales progress to management.
Collect feedback from the market and analyze competitor activity.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Own car for daily client visits (mandatory).
Experience in the perfume industry is required.
Proven experience in sales leadership or team supervision.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
