Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries
Promote and sell company products, services, and offers effectively
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Handle objections professionally and close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally
Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to work under targets and performance-based goals
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer service
Experience in lead generation and closing sales over the phone
