Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Compliance Sales Representative to join our Sharjah branch. The role involves handling walk-in clients, promoting Taxation and Accounting services, and emphasizing the importance of financial compliance and accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate should have an accounting or finance background and strong communication skills to convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in clients in the branch
Promote and sell VAT, Corporate Tax, and Bookkeeping services
Educate clients on FTA compliance and the risks of non-compliance
Maintain accurate client information and update CRM records
Achieve monthly sales targets through professional consultations
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting or tax (UAE experience preferred)
Education: Background in Accounting or Finance
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
Nationality:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must be able to sell quality and compliance, not just price
