Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers at the kiosk and provide a warm, professional first impression.
Explain the benefits of buying/investing in gold through Save in Gold's app and services.
Guide customers on how to use the app, create accounts, and complete transactions.
Upsell gold products and promotional packages where relevant.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
Maintain kiosk cleanliness, stock levels, and display appeal.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Record customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve product and service offerings.

Must be willing to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
