Assist customers with product/service inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
Manage inbound leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order processing.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery.
Track customer interactions and maintain records in CRM.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-first environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus).
