Find new Clients Manage and coordinate with laborer's for timely deployment to project sites Assign workers to sites based on daily requirements and availability Maintain strong communication with site supervisors and clients
Collect and follow up on payments from clients
Build and maintain relationships with manpower suppliers and clients Ensure smooth labor mobilization and resolve on-site issues promptlyRequirements:
Experience in
manpower supply company
is mandatory Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong follow-up and organizational abilities Must be reliable, proactive, and results-driven Preferred Gender: MaleUAE experience is preferred
