We are hiring an experienced

Uniform Sales Executive

to lead our sales initiatives in the

hotel and hospitality sector

. The ideal candidate must have at least

5 years of proven sales experience

in uniforms, embroidery, and tailoring within the UAE and a solid client network, particularly with

hotels and hospitality businesses

.

This is a target-driven role with high earning potential for ambitious professionals who can deliver results and manage relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target

hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses

for uniform and tailoring solutions. Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals in a timely and professional manner. Promote our range of

custom-tailored uniforms and embroidery services

tailored for hotel staff including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and management. Meet and exceed assigned

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Conduct regular client visits, product demos, and presentations. Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time production and delivery. Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts based on client requirements. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

in the UAE, specifically in

uniforms, tailoring, and embroidery services

. Experience working with

hotels and hospitality industry clients

is highly preferred.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory. Proven ability to

achieve and exceed sales targets

. Strong client network and relationships in the UAE hotel sector is a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
