Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesman with a strong background in Auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spare parts sales, market competitors, and customer requirements.The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on vehicle models and customer requirements. Maintain in-depth knowledge of spare parts, including part numbers and specifications. Handle customer inquiries (phone, whatsapp) regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Prepare the invoice for the available items and to make sure payment done to the cashier. Promote sale of accessories with all customers to increase sales and achieve the target Manage to keep the customer always satisfied. Communicate with the customer in very polite way Maintain customer back order files and follow up with all the concern.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Spare parts sales: 2 years (Preferred)
