Sales Representative - Stainless Steel Pipes, Tubes, Fittings & Flanges

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in the stainless steel pipes, tubes, fittings, and flanges industry.

Key Responsibilities

1.? ?Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.

Requirements

1.? ?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2.? ?Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in stainless steel industry.

3.? ?Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

4.? ?Strong network and connections in the industry.

5.? ?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6.? ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.? ?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8.? ?Knowledge of stainless steel products and industry standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM).

9.? ?Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Desired Qualifications

1.? ?MBA or related postgraduate degree.

2.? ?Experience in sales management or leadership roles.

3.? ?Familiarity with ERP systems.

4.? ?Knowledge of international trade and export regulations.

Compensation Package

1.? ? Fixed salary: Ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 Aed, commensurate with your experience.

2.? ?Sales commission: 1-2 Percent of sales revenue.

3.? ?Bonuses for meeting sales targets.

4.? ?Benefits (Residencial Visa, Basic health insurance).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
