Job Summary:

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Grocery Associates. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers looking to start their careers in retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with inquiries. Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management. Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information. Handle cash register operations, including processing sales transactions and managing cash. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store. Participate in promotional activities and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (freshers are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
