to join our team and help us continue to delight our customers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an

enthusiastic Salesperson

who is fluent in either

English or Arabic

and possesses

basic computer skills

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

? Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.

? Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients, customization options, and pricing.

? Process transactions accurately using our

Point of Sale (POS)

system.

? Maintain an

organized and clean sales area

, ensuring displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged.

? Handle

customer complaints

and issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.

? Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

? Use

basic computer skills

to manage orders, track inventory, and update customer records.

Requirements:

Fluency in English or Arabic

is a must.

Basic computer knowledge

and familiarity with POS systems.

Previous sales or customer service experience

is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to

work in a fast-paced environment

and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A

friendly and approachable demeanor

with a passion for helping customers.

Flexibility

to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.

Working Hours & Schedule:

11 to 12 hours per day
