We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our resort's sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, travel, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. You'll be responsible for driving revenue through group bookings, corporate partnerships, travel agencies, and direct guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Promote resort services, packages, and amenities to potential clients and partners
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
Respond to inquiries and convert leads into bookings
Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry expos
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or resort sales (4+ years preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
Multilingual skills are a plus
