Sales Representative

Job Description

Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and visits
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities
