Job Description
Job Summary
The Salesman/woman will be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. In some cases, a sales agent will cold call prospects they find through business directories or client referrals.

Maintaining customer relationships
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Collaborating with marketing staff
Negotiating Contracts and prices
Planning sales strategies
Demonstrating product features
Generating leads
Attending conferences and workshops
Educate consumers on product features
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales
Excellent customer service skills
Communication skills (can speak English and fluent in Russian)
Basic math skills
Negotiation skills
Track record of achieving sales quota
