Sales Representative
Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing aesthetic clinic!
Your main mission is to maximize revenue by upselling & cross-selling services and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and upsell premium services (Botox, Fillers, Facials, Laser, Skin boosters...)
Cross-sell between all departments (Laser ? Facial ? Derma ? Dental)
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with high conversion rate
Follow up on pending leads until closing the sale
Support doctors by reinforcing treatment plan recommendations
Promote clinic packages and ongoing offers to increase revenue
Deliver exceptional patient experience and collect positive Google Reviews
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements
Previous experience in sales (preferably in medical / aesthetics)
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Presentable, confident and customer-oriented
Ability to work under pressure with high patient flow
Flexible team player with high energy and positive attitude
