Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business.
Keep management informed by submitting regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
