Position: Telesales representative / processing officer

Are you an experienced sales professional ready to make an impact? We are urgently hiring for a Sales Representative position and invite candidates of any nationality to apply!

Key Duties:

- Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, social media, and email.

- Utilize pre-set business templates to handle inquiries.

- Evaluate candidates' profiles impartially and provide tailored global career strategies.

- Offer solutions and adequate information where necessary.

- Follow up on leads with ongoing guidance and advice.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Meet targets and close contracts.

- Drive improvements and efficiencies within the company.

- Identify and address opportunities to meet the company's growing needs.

- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, or collections.

- Proven track record of successful sales conversion.

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.

- Ability to handle clients professionally over the phone and in person.

- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Job Details:

Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month

Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
