Sales Representative & Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote and sell car rental services to hotel guests, aiming to exceed sales targets. Assist customers in selecting the best vehicle for their needs. Handle reservations, process payments, and manage cancellations. Stay updated on current promotions and car rental options to effectively inform guests. Upsell services or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions, issues, or concerns guests may have regarding the car rental service. Assist with completing rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is processed. Resolve any complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized rental desk and workspace.

Additional Duties:

Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless car rental operations. Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. Keep accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team. Proficiency with basic computer tasks and point-of-sale systems. Ability to work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM, with one day off per week.
