Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: . Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. . Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. . Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and sales opportunities. . Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers. . Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports on sales volume and market trends. . Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and promotions. . Provide after-sales service and handle customer complaints professionally. Requirements: . Proven experience in FMCG sales or a related role. . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. . Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. .
