Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Female Sales Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide post-sale support and maintain customer satisfaction Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic (required) Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
