Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients.

Conduct market research to understand market trends and client needs.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and process metrics regularly.

Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and operations.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.

Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and revenue generation.

Stay informed of new industry innovations and competitive products.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry is required.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.

Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.

Effective presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary:

? Upto 6000 AED per month
