Sales Representative (Indoor Sales)

at our Mussafah, Abu Dhabi showroom. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in the flooring and interiors industry to contribute to our brand's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in the showroom to understand their flooring and curtain requirements. Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budgets. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including features, materials, and care instructions. Prepare and explain accurate quotations. Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team. Stay updated on inventory, trends, and promotional offerings. Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in indoor sales, preferably in the flooring or interiors industry. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with flooring products and their specifications is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
