Job Description
- Effective communication skills in multiple languages including high proficiency in English And Hindi
- Ability to work under pressure and being adaptable to different situations in a multinational organization.
- Experience in customer service by giving information through phone, E-mail and providing information when clients visit the office.
- Excellent negotiation skills with outspoken personality
- Knowledge in using MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and social media platforms like FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Tweeter etc.
- Proven experience in telecommunication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in writing E-mails, making various reports, templates and meeting the deadlines.
- Past experience and a record in sales will be an added advantage.
- Making interview calls and E-mails to the shortlisted candidates of the organization.
- Generating leads through cold calling and warm calling to help the sales team.
- Ability to make fast, strategic decisions while multitasking.
- Improved skills on creative content writing using multiple languages.
- Qualification on CRM
- Skills on time management as well as interpersonal skills
- Should have qualities like positive attitude that enables to have good connection with the clients, attention to details and complaint resolution
- Download and installation of certain software that improves the efficiency of the department as well as overall organization
- Qualities of leadership and experience in training and development of the team members
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills that help when interacting with clients
- Innovative idea generation to improve the revenue
