Position Title: Medical Device Sales Representative Reports to: Marketing and sales Director Job Status: Full-Time Essential Functions: To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:

• Conduct presentations for doctors or health professionals about devise offerings.
• Call and visit prospects targeted customers on location
• Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
• Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
• Build relationships with hospital staff
• Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices
• Provide product demonstrations and support
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
• Establishing and maintaining contract records, taking orders, surveying client option.
• Staying abreast of clinical data, and monitoring competitor activity.
• Build positive working relationships with medical staff.
• Reach or exceed sales targets.

Education/Experiences/ Skills & Competency

• Graduate of accredited Since school (radiology, bio- engineer, Medical Laboratory, Science, Chemistry)
• Previous sales experience in medical field minimum 4 year in UAE
• A flexible mindset and a strong team working capability are required environment.

• Strong Leadership capability
• Teamwork ability
• Negotiation skills as a master
• Communication to public
• Result Orientation, meeting budget objectives, financial results, etc.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and Hindi is a plus
• Valid Uae driving license.
