Join Our Food Factory Team as a Sales & Distribution Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic food factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and distributing our high-quality fresh-cut potato products. This position requires you to use your own distribution vehicle to deliver products to clients efficiently within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sell fresh-cut potato products to retailers, restaurants, and other food service businesses.

Have a valid license for distributing vehicles to deliver products directly to customers, ensuring prompt and professional service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer feedback.

Report regularly to management regarding sales activities and market trends.

Requirements

3-5 years of Proven experience in food sales and distribution, preferably with fresh produce or similar products.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable distribution car.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.

Knowledge of local market and established network within the food industry is a plus.

Ability to lift and transport product loads as required.
