Job description / Role

Employment:

Full Time

Company, dealing with branded watches and accessories , covering the retail segment as well as whole sales and corporate, is looking for outdoor sales representative for Dubai office (2 role) and Abu Dhabi branch (1 role).

Basic cash salary,

Your Own car

Your Own Visa (Preferred)

and commissions on sales will be provided in the package.

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.

Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Coordinates with the sales team and office team. Reports to the Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidate must possess +/- 2 to 5 years of experience in outdoor sales. (preferred in Same field)
- Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in MS Excel and MS Word
- Valid UAE driver's license is a must

Language:
Good skills in speaking and writing of English are essential, Arabic language knowledge is

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
